Honestly, who has the energy to work in a soul-sucking environment? Having fun, enabling people to be their full self, and being as understanding as possible is the foundation for all. By establishing safe places to enable real talk and honesty, building a strong culture becomes easier.
● Logic + Emotion
Solid human centric focus (UX and service design) is good but not enough. In todays fierce digital landscape, there also needs to be an emotional bridge to peoples hearts, making sure that products, designs or services are truly enjoyable, fun to use, and delightful.
I believe in visual design, motion and storytelling to be amazing mediums for this.
